Family, Reflection, and Progress
On this day, I spent time at my grandmother’s house, where my cousins and I decided to hang out and reconnect, since it had been so long since we last got together. We shared laughter, stories, and even made some homemade delicacies, including one of our favorites, Dendelot. It felt nice to enjoy each other’s company again after such a long time.
Later that day, we also took the time to visit my late sister and grandfather. We brought them some of the food we had made, along with flowers and candles. Every time we visit them, I can’t help but feel melancholic deep inside. Even though I’ve already accepted the reality of their passing, the sadness never fully goes away — it’s something that stays quietly in the heart.
The entire day was physically tiring, as I was constantly moving and helping around. But despite the exhaustion, when night came and I finally had a moment to rest, I still found the energy to continue working on my website. It was a small but meaningful accomplishment to end such an emotionally heavy day — balancing moments of remembrance, family connection, and dedication to my work.
